Sleep Well

Only stayed one night. Single room basic but can't complain in view of the economical price, and it had a toilet, which I wasn't expecting. No plug in washbasin. I Euro charge to have a towel. Would have been happier but lost a lot of sleep due to knocks on a door at 4.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

the location of the hostel is very good. however, I don't understand why there is a room lock for 4 hours, and during the room lock, we cannot stay in the room. the reason of the room lock is the housekeeping will take place, but after we back to our room, only rubbish bin has been changed. one of my friend was using the vending machine to buy some drink, however, after he put the coins in, nothing was come out. so he went to the reception to ask for help, then the receptionist talked him in a very unfriendly way and ask him to check again. then my friend went back to check, soon he came and 'help' to check, in the end he found the drink was stuck in the machine, and he have to put his arm very inside of the machine then was abled to get it. the receptionist said to him" what is this? this is not the drink". how rude he was when he talks to the customer.
in this hostel, all most everything you need to pay extra to get it, such as towel. the the wifi is expensive too.

Would have been happier but lost a lot of sleep due to knocks on a door at 4.30am, followed by people talking. Sounded like my door, but it was probably the next door along. Probably no fault of ther management but still annoying! Overslept and didn't get to breakfast in time, due to this!

This is a gem of a hostel, it is clean, quiet, moden and in a fantastic location in the heart of brussels but you can't hear the traffic, the hostel offers great value and the staff that i met were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty,I would reccomend it to all! brilliant!

Very nice hostel with good breakfast and clean rooms at the very attractive price.
However, the staff at reception was really rude and unfriendly; check-in time turned out to be at 3 pm only (although according to the website reception was supposed to be working 24 hours).
Besides it, the price of the bath towels was rather high - 4,5 euro per one (the travellers have to buy them - though most of them will not take towels with them when leaving the hostel!)

Sleep Well is centrally located, just a short walk away from the city centre.
The hostel is clean and tidy, and the beds are quite comfortable.
The breakfast is OK.
The showers are small.
The service is okay, and the employees have no trouble speaking English.

A pretty decent hostel; nice atmosphere, free breakfast (albeit ending too early in the morning, and I really could've done with a communal kitchen or some other way to make a decent cup of tea outside of breakfast; now I decided to forgo tea in the evening altogether, as the paid-for machine-powered tea and coffee really didn't appeal).
The hostel's location is decent, if not _quite_ convenient to anything. As I was in Brussels for a conference, I opted for a single room, which I found quite clean and surprisingly good value. Could've done without the endlessly slow and creaky elevator to the top of the building though.
