For the money paid it was good value. Common room, kitchen and eating areas were good. The room we had was a private 4 person accomodation. Air conditioner did not work the second night.Tatami bedding not the best. Bathrooms are old and only one shower on bottom floor for whole facility, which was very ordinary to say the least.

It is only a 2-minute walk from Beppu Station as well as the local bus terminals and Airport Bus stops (buses from Oita Airport and Fukuoka Airport). Our dormitory is the best option for any budget traveler who wants to be where the action is. Our convenient location will save you time and money. Beppu Guest House has a communal kitchen for all guests to use as well as a washing machine where you can do your laundry for FREE. Guests who bring their own laptops there can use the Internet for free in our communal living room. For those without a laptop, there is an internet caf?about 1-minute walk away from Beppu Guest House.
