We are friendly Hotel style pension located right in front of the beautiful Lake Ashinoko in Hakone. We are only 3 minutes away from the nearest bus stop Moto-Hakone. Spend an elegant brunch time on our porch that gives you a magnificent spectacle of Lake Ashinoko. Relax and feel refreshed in the crisp air of Hakone.

We are now very pleased to make announcement that we offer special Sake from Hakone's Micro-Brewerly to our guests.

Spend your time with us as CHECKOUT TIME IS 11:00am. Also Internet is FREE of charge.

We have both Western and Japanese style rooms available. All rooms are with bath / toilet.

Since there are no restaurant open this are for evening, therefore we recommend you to have dinner with us.

Dinner is Japanese style meal for JP3,000Yen with using a benefit of Yokoso (Welcome) Japan Campaign. (Normal price for a dinner is JP5,000Yen)

From our kitchen, we welcome you to Hakone and Lakeside Inn Charlotte. As our appreciation, we are very please to give you Alaskan Crab legs along with your dinner, absolutely FREE.

Check-in is 3pm (no later than 10pm) and check-out is 11:00am. Check-in by 6pm if your stay includes dinner. Curfew is at 10:30pm.

Even we will store your luggage before your check-in time free.

Explore nature by trekking through Owakudani, the bubbling steaming valley, or Sengokuhara, the marshland. Visit Komagatake, one of the Hakone volcanic cones, for a breathtaking panorama view of Mount Fuji and Lake Ashinoko. Enjoy art at museums including The Hakone Open-air Museum, MOA Museum of Art, Hakone Glass Forest, and Narukawa Art Museum. You may also choose to go on a shopping spree at the Premium Outlets in Gotemba.

NOTE: Credit cards are accepted if your payment is over JP20,000yen. (Please paid by cash, if your payment is under JP20,000yen)

However all cash payment would be very much appreciated.

NOTE:Some of dates are high priced such as Japanese Golden Week season, Summer season, Christmas and New Year soason. We sell only Meals included Plans.(Dinner and Breafast.)

NOTE:Rate more than JP20,000yen per person per night includes Dinner and Breakfast.

Note: Hanabi Festival (Fire Cracker Fes) is scheduled on Feb 2nd, July 31st, Aug 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and Dec 31st. You can enjoy Hanabi from our dinning room, terrace or your room facing the Lake.

Directions

Simply hop onto the Izu Hakone or Hakone Tozan Bus from Hakone Yumoto Station (Odakyu Line from Shinjuku Area) or Odawara station (JR Line from Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, Nikko and etc., by Shinkan-sen or Tokaido Line), and get off at Moto-Hakone Bus Stop or Moto-Hakone-Kou (Moto-Hakone Pier)
1. From Moto-Hakone Bus stop:
Please walk to your right (facing the Lake)(also the lake should be on your left hand side), pass the Police Box of Moto-Hakone and 5 houses away from Police Box on your left hand side.
2. From Moto-Hakone-Kou (Moto-Hakone Pier of Pirate ship)
Take Lakeshoure road to which the Bus came from. (the Lake should be on your Left hand side.)
Keep going about a few minutes, you will see Pinkish collor of our building with Terrace which facing the lake. Come into terrace and the back door of our Hotel.

We would suggest you to perchase Hakone Free Pass at your travel agency or Tokyo or Odawara.
this Pass entitles you to enjoy 8 different transportation in Hakone area, including Odakyu line to and from Shinjuku and Hakone-Yumoto station, and bus service to and from Odawara Sation and Moto-Hakone bus stop.
Also includes Pirate boat ride, Ropeway, cablecar and much much more.
(From Odawara 3,900 yen for 2day pass and 4,400 yen for 3 day pass. From Shinjuku 5,000 yen for 2 day pass and 5,500 yen for 3 day pass.)
