The staff speaks good english and are always helping you by giving tips and advices about what to do in Osaka. We stayed here for the first days of our trip in Japan and came back ind the end.

One of the cheapest hotels in Osaka, but the location is pretty good (near two train stations which will get you nearly anywhere you want to go) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were pretty good for what they were, but even the staff recommend using the coin laundry around the corner instead of the one in the hotel. Toilets and showers were fine in my opinion. It was also pretty easy to get a cheap meal (breakfast in particular) from a whole heap of places nearby.

The staff is very nice and helpfull and the location is quite good (only 3 minutes from the JR station or subway) and you can go walking to Nipponbashi. The zone Shinsekai is also very close and it is great to take dinner a friday or saturday with many different restaurants.

the location is fine. the bed is ok...they have heater for you..at first it look like it won`t make you warm but it is!
the restroom is not good and not clean..I stay for only one night so I decide not to use it.

you basically get what you pay for here. There are tv in the rooms. the bathroom is unisex and fairly gross. the showers are ok. have western and japanese style rooms.

Positive: Good value for money, private rooms, showers, tvs in the rooms, 2 minute walk to Shin-Imamiya which has a direct service for Kansai Airport. Also on the loop-line for Osaka so easy access to the rest of the city. Staff are happy to help when asked, and were more than happy to look up train times there and then for me when I did. Lots of eateries nearby.
Very cold at night, no character to it, showers were usable but lacking privacy. Also hard to find; a local had to show me where it was. The map they provide does't help much. Once I knew where it was though it wasn't a problem.
Overall: a practical backpacker's option, good value for money, and I'm happy to use it again.

A good option for budget travellers. The room`s were basic with a separate mixed-sex bathroom but adequatly sized. They seemed pretty clean too.
The staff were friendly and keen to answer any questions we had.
