The Japanese instructor will dress you up in Kimono, and take a walk for photos.

-There are lots of Izakaya(Japanese style bar) and Bars with many kinds of local foods, post office, supermarket, Seven Eleven with International ATM, public bath(sento) etc. All of them are in 1-5 mins walk!!

Free coffee, tea, Japanese tea and various kinds of seasoning are available to use.

All our staffs can speak English and are looking forward to talking to you with friendly smile. One staff can speak Italy and another staff can speak Chinese a little bit.
We also try to be up to date on what is happening in the area and can give you advice where to go. We are a meeting point for travelers from all over the world!
We can also provide the information for the Hiroshima , Kyoto and Takayama as well since we have a chain hostel!

1. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we will require 2 days advance notice before the date of your arrival (e.g. if your arrival date was on the 5th, then before 10 p.m. [Japan Time] of the 3rd), otherwise you will be charged the cancellation fee of one night's stay.
For groups of more than 5 people, we may require additional condition when you make a reservation request.

J-Hoppers Osaka was great! Very friendly and Ina great location - walking distance from everything Osaka has to offer! I would absolutly reccomend this backpackers for travellers on a budget who want a great experience! Happy travels everyone! :-)

This hostel is a great place to stay at. We stayed in the twin private room. The hostel staff are all very friendly and are always suggestion or recommending good places to eat and visit. The people we met at the Hostels were all very friendly too.
The location is perfect and very convenient to anywhere in Osaka. Fukushima station is only 1 stop away from Osaka station and it takes less than 5 min walk to the train station following the coloured brick road
There are lots of convenient stores and also lots of places to eat around the hostel.

Overall I am very happy with the experience I had at J-Hoppers in Osaka. The staff were extremely friendly and even though they did not speak much English, it was still very easy to communicate with them.
I have never stayed in a hostel beforehand and this one made me feel safe and comfortable.
The hostel being in Fukushima is in a great location and is very close to the JR station.
Will definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Osaka. Also would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone who is thinking about going to Osaka.

Room Was not what was expected..... didn't expect to pay for 3 beds and get a couch as one of them. Apart from that, the facilities were excellent, very clean, great location, very central.

Really great and useful place. Lovely common areas which made meeting other people easy. For a quiet night in, the English TV was very welcome and the beer vending machine was a life-saver.
In a handy and bustling area, easy walking distance from the main Osaka station, although away from the super trendy downtown part of Osaka.

Great location and friendly staff. Generally quite clean. The free boxes had abundance of junk which I took advantage of! A little cramped, showers a little weird and the LACK OF ELEVATOR IS A PAIN!!! Apart from that, not too bad!
