I visited this place in November of 2012. The inn has a very warm and welcome feeling. The room they gave me was great with a nice cosy old world field. The garden itself was a beautiful water feature. The staff were wonderful and extremely generous and kind. This place is a wonderful place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay with this very friendly and accommodating staff. I was very much at home and at ease in a foreign land. Perfect for me. I will take my family to this same inn if I ever return to Tokyo.

AWESOME PLACE GREAT PLACE GOOD STAFF BATH WAS G
Fabulous- the japanese style rooms were great-hot baths every night were a hilite-beautiful building and garden-just a great experience-very friendly staff-good access to subway and lovely neighbourhood down the hill-we loved it-a 76 yr old a 50 yr old and 3 kids(14- to 11 yrs old)
A beautiful place to stay especially for those who wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo city. The service was excellent as were the facilities. Still easy to get about town from Hongo station. Recommend it for those who wish to experience japanese style accommodation.
