Friendly and helpful staff provided great help and assistance during my stay. They are pretty fluent in English too, so communication is not a problem. Well-maintained rooms with adequate toiletries. Definitely worth going back there.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We found the hostel after arriving in Tokyo, and were hugely impressed by its staff and facilities, considering the low cost to stay there. We arrived and informed them that we found the price cheaper online (Travellers Point!) they were very helpful, and even allowed us to use the free wi-fi in there lobby to book online, saving us some money!
The dorms are clean, as are the toliets/showers. The toilets are even computerised! Each floor has it's own kitchen which is again very clean, tidy and modern.
Although the hostel isn't really located near the main tourist areas, they aren't very difficult to get to.
I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone, and would definitely return again. Hope this helps!

my 1st time staying in a hostel, felt really pampered with the facilities! cleanliness is top rate. better than many hotels (havent tried japan ones tho). dorm was fairly quiet and it was a short less than 10min walk fr the station. we arrived at 11+ and it was really safe to walk ard (we're 2 20 yr old girls)
would come back for future trips! highly recommended
