tigerlily5 Outstanding in all ways. Free tea and coffee all day.. And when I mentioned special diet requirements for coeliac disease (no bread) Belen ensured I had egg, rice crackers, a baked apple and gluten free biscuits for breakfast. probably the best of any Hospedajes we have visited in Patagonia

Sander Quite a hike out of the town center, we hadn't expected this place to be a YHA, and were positively surprised by how good it was. Very friendly service, good rooms, decent (buffet) breakfast. Minor niggles would be the wifi not quite reaching all the way till the rooms at the end of the hallway, and the shower curtain (I hate those things). The lounge is a gorgeous room, though could stand having a few more couches or lazy chairs in it. I can also recommend the Perito Moreno "self-guided" transport package they sell you; good price, there's quite some explanation about the glacier given by the guy on the minibus (thus making certain there really is no benefit in a full package with tourguide), and you have plenty of time at the boardwalk to explore on your own.

selinabayl The hostel is very nice, modern, but the kitchen is small and could do with more equipment. It gets very crowded! The hostel is 10 mins walk from town, but I think they offer a free cab from the bus station and they can arrange a bus from the airport with is reasonable. If you´re returning to the airport, make sure you get a green receipt to get a discounted return. I had a double room, which was comfortable but the toilet and shower didn´t smell great! The staff are very helpful and enthusiastic and great at arranging trips. The one downside is that the hostel is noisy till quite late and carries an echo. If you want a quiet place, slightly muted, go elsewhere! Otherwise great!
