Adam Peardon We only stayed here for one night, but really liked this hostal. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there is a nice outdoor bar area. It is a bit quiet, but they have a sister hostel, Hostel Bamboo, where you can go for more a more lively atmosphere and food etc. We were quite glad of the chilled out atmosphere. Puerto Natales is a nice little town and we would have happily stayed for another night if we hadn´t already booked our onward travel.

anazano There was a slight problem at our arrival, but it was properly solved by the joint efforts of Karen, Lissy and Crosti. After that, everything went on really fine. Ana.

archer15 Was good is all areas, but not amazing. Was perhaps let down by the seemingly indifferent staff. Barbeque was good value, despite running out of the all-you-can eat food.
