playwright This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were some of the nicest people and the location was great. It's a little bit far from the attractions of the city, but close enough to the bus station that it doesn't suffer. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Service at the hotel restaurant was a little slow but the food was fantastic. By some chance, I ended up with a smoking room when I would have preferred a non-smoking room, but it was so well clean that I did not mind.
villa.eino Adlerhof was very easy to find. Breakfast was good and staff spoke very good english. The pub next door was like a living room; customers were like old mates.
karolina.stanis Rooms very clean and cosy, nice restaurant with good food (plus a wide choice of options for the breakfast buffet), friendly staff, convenient location (ca. 10-min. ride by bus to the city center - if you don't want to drive there). Excellent value for money. I definitely recommend this hotel to other Salzburg visitors :)
hanna.hein Perfect location for a short city visit. Only few minutes walk to the old town and almost next to a wonderful park. Easy with the kids while two rooms can be connected by the door and very cheap. According the kids (11 years and 13 years): the best breakfast for a long time.

smaragdus Oh, the greatest hostel!!! Staff is veeery nice (especially in bar) =))))) I liked everything!!! Thank you!!
fgirard Very clean older h otel. Warm reception. Right on the bus route to downtown (about 15 mins) and 25-min bus ride to the train station. Good value for the money in this gorgeous city.
thewardlec It is a nice comfortable property, decent sized rooms albeit the shower in our room could of been a little bigger. Good breakfast in the morning, friendly helpful people running the place. The Lasserhof is good value for money, and I would stay there again.
kschoe21 The hotel was a little outside of town, but it was only a 5-10 min. bus ride and the stop was right outside. Everyone who worked there was very nice and more than helpful! The rooms are very clean and new and the bathrooms have heated tiles, which really helps when there is 2 feet of snow outside. I highly recommend this hotel!
jesse76 I think that the Youth and Family Guesthouse in Salzburg was really lovely. The staff were all really friendly and I miss them dearly. They were really helpful and presented a warm and friendly welcome. The location was ideal as it was in close walking distance to all local amenties. The facilities were fantastic as there was many facilities in good working order. The showers were lovely and hot and clean everyday of my stay. The accommodation cost was very reasonable and overall the service was very satisfactory. Many Thanks Jessica Ebbage

vgylsen This was very clean accomodation, where staff are friendly and although the building holds accomodation to many others aswell as holding lectures for schools (that was my impression anyway), you just don't seem to notice it! No one will disturb you, you will have the city pretty much to yourself. People who share the accomodation seem to be really on a level, mature type of people. The staff sat down to help me with my holiday plan. you can borrow a hair dryer for free, if you need towels that costs around 1.30 euro. There are no tea making facilities in your dorm, however the reception is open until midnight. though after that, you are can't find hot water for tea anywhere. bus stop is very near to this place- 5 minutes walk if that. then you can get 2 buses to the centre. Very good holiday, very good trip. Salzburg really is something.
