x The average starting price for a place to stay in Vienna is £68 per night.
kerryn.boo A lovely apartment with all the amenities you would expect. The host was very friendly and helpful. He was also very prompt for the airport pickup. The public transport system in Vienna is very good and this apartment is well loctaed to access it. The large supermarket around the corner was also very convenient. The only negative was the apartment being on the second floor with only stair access, but the host helped us with our heavy luggage so this was no real issue. We would definitely stay here again.
lcasbur The hostel is very clean but quite far from the city centre (anyway, there is a bus that takes you directly there). We have liked it and recommend it.
Weirauch I lived never in a house with an own church inside! Good location, tramstop directly in front of the house, metro 500 m, a lot of little restaurants around... Good place, good breakfast!
alain.mouttet Kitchen closed from 07:00 am to 11:00 am, THE FUCK??? No Free Internet in Rooms, THE FUCK???? But it was very clean!!!
jwcarnegie The pension is part of a boutique hotel. The biggest drawback is that the pension is a block away from the hotel where staff is located and where breakfast is served. Breakfast was extra at 10 Euros, but very good. Another big drawback was that there was no WiFi at the pension. I had to walk down to the hotel lobby to connect to the Internet. The room was adequate but very small. A bed lamp did not function and they substituted another lamp rather than repair the bed lamp. The room was conveniently located close to the main railway station and close to tram and subway stops. It a four star rating.
Joyce K Adequate facilities and the room is clean. Experienced a bit of difficulty in locating the hotel after we made some turnings to look for a small mart, otherwise, it is quite easy to find the hotel if you come from the main street. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and facilities of the hotel.
nuzumpj Overall, hostel was reasonable with good (free) computer access and good access to the railway station and public transport which made getting to the city centre very easy. Breakfast was very expensive and I would recommend that people purchase their own breakfast foods from the nearby supermarket rather than from the hostel. The rooms were very small and cramped (probably the most cramped of the 13 hostels I stayed at in Europe). The kitchen was very good and well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Overall, good facilities but a bit more room in the dormitaries would be good.
