mjbrennan0 A great value for money location between the the two great beaches of Rio. A comfortable apartment that has a bedroom, very small kitchen and bathroom - Two of us stayed in the flat and found it be be perfectly fine for a short visit (5 days) Ron was great - he stayed in close contact with us before and during our visit to make sure that everything was ok. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Rio in self catering accommodation and be close to the beach.

sultan8 Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Tito, the owner is some character for which I can't think of a superlative. He was hilarious every time we sat down for a chat; it made our stay much more memorable. It's a very laidback place and we were free to come and go as we please, plus use the kitchen and facilities. It's the sort of atmosphere where you feel you should contribute by helping to keep the place clean. Favela Vidigal gets 5 stars for its location and character at an unbeatable rate! I can't wait to go back!
