scully00 On arrival at Avel my room was very clean and comfortable with a clean shower room with a toilet and sink. Sampoo and soap was provided. In the main room was a comfortable double bed with extra pillow and duvet in the wardrobe. Next to the wardrobe was a bedside table with a table lamp and a radi/alram clock. A hairdryer was provided and a small table in the corner with a clean cloth covering it and a chair by the door. There was a clean and comfortable community room with a table and chairs for several to be seated. With a clean microwave and crockery with cutlery there was also a microwave and a hot water machine for tea, coffee and other drinks. The proprieters made you very welcome and were very helpful. Avel is very close to the airport and is easily accessed by taxi. Avel can collect you from the airport with arrangement. I can recommend Avel as a very comfortable and clean place to stay at a sensible price.

igor68 I stayed in Hostel Mostel for 7 nights. I was never told that private rooms are located in less centrally located and VERY noisy Boulevard Hristo Botev. Room service even basic is non-existant. Word of warning Hostel Mostel does not accept anything but cash in local currency yet again exchange rate they apply when you pay rest of the anount due is unfavourable.
