Sander Though this place is quite a ways out of the town center of Banff, as a YHA member you get a free bus pass, which makes things doable. (You'll have to memorize the bus schedule though, as the bus only goes every 40 minutes.) Staff is quite helpful and really listens to feedback - I filled in a comment card about unusable WiFi on my first day here (all ports were blocked), and that was fixed a few days later; similarly with missing knives in the kitchen. One warning: Don't stay here if you're over 1.90 meter long; that's how long the bunk beds are, and they're completely built in with slats all around, so you can't stick out your feet anywhere. After a week of sleeping in these beds I had serious back problems, and resorted to sleeping on the ground. (Also, apparently if you book a double room here, you have a high chance of _also_ getting a room with bunk beds; just a private one.)
