There is a variety of local grocery shops, restaurants etc. close by too and we are very conveniently located for Edinburgh University, Royal Observatory, Newington, Morningside, Grange, Marchmont, Commenwealth Swimming Pool, Arthur's Seat, as well as most of Edinburgh's main tourist attractions.. All linen, towels, bathrobes, heat and light are included in the price. An extensive 'Welcome Pac' of groceries, fresh flowers, cleaning products, etc. is included for your arrival.The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including washer/dryer, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. The lounge has hi-fi, video, DVD player, TV etc. Bedrooms have clock-radios and hairdryers.There is a large street map of Edinburgh in the entrance hall and numerous brochures and tourist information sheets supplied.The owner lives nearby and provides a personal welcome.
