1. Cancellations for Low Season (Now - 31 Oct 10 / 1 Apr 11 - 12 Apr 11 and 16 Apr 11 - 31 Oct 11, can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.

2. Cancellations for High Season (1 Nov 10 - 23 Dec 10/ 5 Jan11 - 31 Mar 11) , can be made at least 5 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.

3. Cancellations for Peak Season (24 Dec 10 - 4 Jan 11/13 Apr 11 - 15 Apr 11), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 3 nights.

4. No Show will carry a penalty fee of 1 night.
