IIan is the capital of Yilan County, Taiwan. It is on the north side of Lanyang River. The first Han Chinese settled there in 1802.

One hour only by Kamalan Bus from Taipei Bus station to Jiaosi train station and 10 minutes by train from Jiaosi to Toucheng train station. The trafic free is about 130 NTD. Get off Toucheng tran station, you just walk 300 meters straight.
