By plane: Call the Billabong for a free pick up (9am-8pm upon availability) or take the shuttle bus. By train: Perth central station. Take bus 21, 67, 68, 69 from the start of Beaufort street near the train station. By car: number 381 Beaufort street. By foot: 15-20 walk from Central Perth up Beaufort street.
