Hotel Astoria Bled has a long term tradition, it was open in 1930. It has undergone partial refurbishment in 2006 and is suitable for guests who wish to spend peaceful and relaxing holidays.

Choose from comfortably furnished rooms (48 of them recently renovated), make use of the inviting meeting rooms and experience culinary delights.

The owners of the Hotel Astoria also run the Bled Castle Restaurant. In the company of the castle owner you can explore the hidden corners of the castle and at the same time enjoy culinary specialties from the traditional Slovenian cuisine with a modern touch. Hotel Astoria is the training centre for students of the Vocational College for Catering and Tourism in Bled.

The hotel consists of 66 rooms in total: 48 renovated rooms (SUPERIOR) and 24 non renovated rooms (STANDARD).

Castle Restaurant - Restaurant with a view, conference centre with meeting rooms I, II and III, TV room.

Hotel offers two additional rooms, free wireless internet access in all meeting rooms. Meeting rooms I, II, III are air conditioned.

All rooms have air conditioned, free internet access, mini bar, telephone, cable TV, hair dryer, safe, bathroom with tube or shower, and some are with balcony.

If coming by car: At the first traffic light crossroad in Bled turn right, then drive straight on upon the major road cca 500 m and on your right side is hotel Astoria.

You may also come by train. You can get off at either 'Bled-Jezero' or 'Podhom' as they are both the same distance away. From either station, it is best to take a taxi - journey is 5minutes, so not expensive.
