Welcome to Pims BB. We are a Bed and Breakfast providing a 1 Bedroom Loft (65 sq/m) in the heart of Chiang Mai.

This unique loft space is on the second floor in secure apartment building and neighbourhood above a delightful and popular Tea Shop which we run, with ground floor access to courtyard and outdoor seating area shaded by palm and banana trees.

If you are looking for an urban oasis in the city, then this is a place of tranquillity for you to unwind.

Our stylish loft can be rented weekly or even monthly as well - perfect for those who plan to absorb Chiangmai or use it as a base to explore this beautiful part of the north.

We are situated on top of the Teashop which is right in front of Chiang Mai University
