HandG We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay for 5 nights. The location is superb (on the edge of the old town) and the sea is only a few meters away. The apartment was very modern clean and the bed massive and comfortable. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. We were given some delicious wine on arrival which was produced by the family. We were also given breakfast which which wasn't suppose to be inc and when my partner wasn't feeling well they gave us some warm honey tea. We had great stay- thankyou!
juliablund My boyfriend and I stayed with Ivan and his family this August. The accomodation was only a short walk away from the ferry terminal and when we got there we were greeted by the lovely Ivan and a shot or two of some nut liquor. Our apartment was a great size for two people and we had our own terrace and a balcony at the front just off the double bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with a range of cooking utensils and we made a lovely evening meal here for our friends one night who were staying down the road in a hostel. The bedroom was light and airy, however the bathroom was a little small with no bath. When we left to go to go into the old town or out to meet people, Ivan would also chat to us and was always a very friendly old gent. We had a great stay in Korula and Ivan told us all the best places to go!
Pepo_BCN Lovely owner and great location near to the old town. Go there if you want to be in the middle of Korcula in a nice sobe.
rm5436 Perfect location, for the price perfect for a few days in korcula!! Lady of the house made bus feel at home!! Bathroom smelled a little but other than that everything was perfect!!
mr.lukecoo Clean, easy to find. Maria was very friendly and invited us in for chocolate biscuits and juice on arrival. Quiet and secluded. Just right to get the feel of Korcula old town
jenbatch Stanisic was perfect for the one night we stayed in Korcula. Room was perfect size and own bathroom was a massive bonus. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate and the balcony overlooking the street below was perfect to eat dinner as the sun was going down. And then perfect for breakfast in the morning. Not much interaction with the owner, but then as we were only there for one night, we didn't need to speak to them much. Pretty much left you to get on with it, which suited us fine. Excellent location to the main restaurants and bars along the sea wall. And only ever walking distance to some of the other bars around the old town. Perfect location from the port - about 5 mins walk. The only downside was staying Saturday - Sunday meant we were awoken at 8am on Sunday by the local church tuning it's organ! SO LOUD I almost mistaked it for a ships foghorn! No idea that would happen! Can't imagine it happens all the time though, guess we just chose the wrong weekend!
