bruno.mant The Hostel is in a family house, there´s no reception desk. It's located in a industrial neighborhood 20 min away (to the east) from the old town, with a bus stop in front of the house. The rooms are clean and very tidy, with a small full-equiped kitchen and ensuite bathroom. There's a nice garden also. The staff was kind and gave us maps and information (altought they speak very few english).
clement.demons Super accomodation. Awesome location 5 mins away from the city center and the 30 sec from the sea. The kitchen, rooms and bathrooms are tidy and the staff really helpfull. Definitely a good and cheap adress
JoBelgium Very friendly people and clean rooms. The walking distance from the center is a small 30 minutes but, if you like, you can take a taxi (taxi lulic) for 20 kuna which is about 3 EUR (price from june 2010). If your plane lands in Zadar, you can take the bus to the main bus station. From there it is 15min walking.
eve.sulliv Very close to a small beach and some nice restaurants. Welcoming hostess but there seems to be a large family here and we were woken very early by children playing outside the door of our room. Not a problem if you are an early riser! The room was very dark and old fashioned and the bathroom was a little out-dated with quite a few flies in it. Not bad value for the price, but mainly due to location, rather than the room itself.
Zadar Perfect location (city centre). The building from outside looks quite scary, but inside is absolutely fine - tidy, safe, equipped with necessary facilities. The owner is very friendly and helpful person :)
freddycarr Fantastic value and very spacious. It can sleep alot more people than they think. Good location, about 20 min walk to the old town centre. Very clean and new apartment.

Anonimo It is a good hostel but location is far away of the center of the city (1h walking, most people take the bus or use a car).
