B&B Warsaw is an old style apartment in the centre of Warsaw city.
The place is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, just minutes
away from downtown. A unique location, cosy apartment and reasonable prices make this a favourite place to stay.
Guests stay in one of two rented rooms, which are a part of 100m2
apartment. Each room has access to a bathroom, which is
located in the hall. The double room has access to the Internet and balcony to the garden
The owner is an easy going man who can help you with directions and answer questions you may have. He also has two friendly cats that are welcoming to each guest. The breakfast is served in a traditional polish style, which makes your stay even more unforgettable.

The owner was really nice, room was really comfortable and shower was clean and it had hot water. The location is really convenient especially if you arrive at zachodnia bus station. We could check in at 6am with no extra charge. The breakfast is also very good and you can have it any time you like. We were more than happy to stay here, the home-like setup makes it more flexible and comfortable than a hostel.

It's a very peculiar accomodation. It's a flat in a Soviet-style block of flats located in the surroundings of Narutowicza square, very easy to reach if you're coming from by car from Krakow or Katowice (almost just one turn!). The tram pass through Narutowicza square and leads you to the Central station or to the beginning of the Royal Way (Rondo De Gaulle) in 4-5 stops. The owner is a retired person, kind and speaking a basic english. The first impression may be weird, no plates at all indicating the right adress, not even on the intercom, the stairs of the block are stinky, our room was a sort of lounge, but the general sensation was good. It's one of the cheapest accomodation you'll find in Warsaw and the owner can give you many suggestions or helpings. No free parking in the surroundings, a one-day parking has a 8-10 € fee. Wonderful cat!

Staying in Alexanders B&B Warsaw was very homely. The room is comfortable and lovely, the breakfast (bread, cheese, polish sausages, tea, jam...) is tasty, the cat is fun and the hostel is near a tram-station, that will bring you to the city in less than 10 minutes. I also enjoyed a quiet stay - no annoying loud partypeople keeping you away from sleep. The owner is a very nice, easygoing person who will help you if you have questions.
All in all it felt more like being home, than living in a huge anonymous hostel/hotel and I loved it.
