3.Quiet hours: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. – strictly demand!
Payment
1.Your reservation made by international web sites such as hostelworld.com or hostelsclub.com is charged by 10% deposit. The rest of the sum you are obliged to pay at the Jump INN hostel.
2.You are obliged to pay fee during your check-in.
3.We accept only PLN (Polish Zloty)
4.We accept credit cards. Please notice that paying by credit card you will be charged 3% of the fee.
5.We take 10 PLN deposit for the dorm's key. It will be given back during check-out.
6.Jump INN hostel may use your credit card in case of damages or leaving hostel without payment.
Reservation
1.When made by phone, e-mails: we expect 50% of advance within 3 days.
2.We can provide you with our bank account. Also it is possible to charge your credit card.
3.All the reservations made without paying the advance will be cancelled after 3 days.
4.In case of changing room after arrival you will be asked for surcharge.
5.In case of overbooking Jump INN will find another room/beds in Warsaw. If there are higher standard, Jump INN will pay for it.
Cancelation:
1.In case of cancelation after 3 days before arrival the advance is not refundable.
2.If you wish to cancel rest of the reservation after arrival you will be obliged to pay 50% of the price.
Equipment:
1.Please do not damage or remove the objects that are mentioned as an equipement for comfortable living and staying in the Jump INN Hostel.
2.Do not change, displace the room objects and furniture in the rooms. For every intentional damage or removal of them you are obliged to pay for the damage or your credit card will be charged.
3.While you are absent you have to leave the key of the room at the reception desk.
4.You can deposit all your valuable things in the reception deposit box, free of charge.
We do not take any responsibility in case of loss or damage of your goods, which were not deposited at reception desk.
5.House pets are welcome.
6.Respect other guests and treat them as you would like to be treated. You can accept guests in common room Your guests are not allowed to stay over night if they are not registered as hostel guest and have not paid the fee.
7.Kitche, common room - please keep them clean and tidy.
8. Prices at Jump INN:
- Linen: 5 PLN
- Washing maschine – 5 PLN

- Washing clothes - 15 PLN
Safety
1.Fire order and signs of emergency exits are posted in the hotel. Please read the signs in order to be informed in case of emergency. Please stay calm and follow the staff instructions.
2.The use of heaters and cooking devices in the rooms is strictly forbidden because of the fire security.
3.Smoking is strictly forbidden in the non-smoking rooms and all common rooms in the Jump INN hostel. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard.
IMPORTANT:
Drugs and weapon possession is strictly forbidden and against the law. In case of disrespecting this rule the staff of the Jump INN is obligated to inform the police.

Every authorized person (hostel staff) is entitled to check, anytime and anywhere in the hostel, if hostel regulations are being followed.
Measures in case of violating the hostel regulations:
In the case of the hostel regulations violation hostel will use following measures:
1.prohibition of entry in the rooms of the Jump INN hostel,
2.temporary dispossession of objects,
3.removal from Jump INN Hostel,
4.beginning of the procedure for determination of responsibility,
5.demand for payment of damage costs and payment of loss of hotel incomes because of the caused damage.

Wegbeschreibung

Zu Fuß (15 Min.):
Sobald Sie steigen aus dem Zug-Plattform (Peron in Polnisch), suchen Sie die nächste Ausfahrt. Die 'Underground' unter dem Bahnhof ist sehr verwirrend und es ist am besten zu navigieren von der Oberfläche so bald wie möglich. Finden Sie das Mariott-Gebäude (südlich vom Bahnhof). Es hat LOT auf seiner Seite. Gehen Sie die Straße 'Tytusa Chałubińskiego' mit dem Mariott auf der linken Seite. Diese Straße ist neben dem Mariott. Weiter auf dieser Straße, bis Sie erreichen Wawelska, eine wichtige Straße. Biegen Sie rechts und weiter bis Prokuratorska Straße. Biegen Sie rechts ab und sind wir die Nummer 2, mit einem Jump Inn Hostel Zeichen auf dem Gebäude.

Mit der Straßenbahn (5 Minuten):
Während unter dem Bahnhof, folgen Sie der Beschilderung für die MOKOTÓW Straßenbahnen (es ist an der Westseite des Bahnhofs). Nehmen Sie die Linien 10, 17, oder 33 auf der dritten Station, dem Namen GUS. In GUS, müssen Sie die U-Bahn über die Straße (links die Treppe hinunter). Cross Wawelska über die Überführung (sehen Sie das Mariott-Gebäude in der Ferne) und gleich wieder links, wenn Sie über die Straße. Weiter bis Prokuratorska Straße. Biegen Sie rechts ab und wir sind die Nummer 2, mit einem Jump Inn Hostel Zeichen auf dem Gebäude.

Vom Flughafen:
Mit dem Taxi: Nur mit dem Taxi von der Fryderyk Chopin-Terminal - nicht aus dem Etiuda Terminal! Fragen Sie nach einem ca.. Preis vor sich in. Abfall, mehr zu bezahlen als 35zl um an der Herberge.

Mit dem Bus: Nehmen Sie die 188 und steigen Sie an der Haltestelle in der GUS. Die gleichen Anweisungen wie für Straßenbahnen.
