Hotel Arpoador Inn is the only hotel in Rio overlooking Arpoador Beach, the scenic stretch of sand East side of Ipanema Beach. The location couldn't be more convenient -you are within walking distance from the best that Ipanema, Leblon and Copacabana have to offer.

Arpoador Inn is surrounded by 4 gorgeous beaches: Copacabana, Ipanema, Diabo and Arpoador. If you are into sports you can enjoy skating, blading or roller skating, diving and bodyboarding.

Surf day and night under artificial lights strategically placed near Arpoador Rocks! Nature lovers can walk up the rocks and simply relax under the sound of the waves as well as watch the beautiful sunset.

There is a bicycle lane right outside Arpoador Inn's front door connecting you to all the beaches from Leme to Leblon.

Copacabana Fort is within walking distance - a sight you can't afford to miss. And General Osório Square, the center of Ipanema's street Carnival festivities, is just a few blocks away.

The main entrance to the hotel is on Rua Francisco Otaviano, literally just a few steps from Ipanema Beach. The street itself is definitely worth exploring. Walk towards Copacabana all the way to Rio's most luxurious Bingo Casino. Along the way you will pass by a church, two schools, a park, a neighborhood mall with a host of sports-oriented boutiques and even a tattoo parlor, 2 or 3 botequins (bars with no chairs) and an ethnic Brazilian cuisine restaurant...

On your left is Copacabana's main street, with excellent shopping, movie theaters, theaters, night clubs, bars, assorted malls, antique stores, restaurants, bakeries and snack bars. The possibilities are endless.

Soon you will realize why people who live in this area (Posto 6) wouldn't even consider moving to any other part of town. There are newsstands, drugstores, parking areas and all other conveniences nearby. To send letters and postcards to your friends go to one of the post offices nearby. Ask the clerk to pick out a few colorful Brazilian stamps and add a touch of charm to your words. If you would rather e-mail your friends the front desk at the hotel will be happy to oblige.

Hotel Arpoador Inn opened its doors in 1974 and has 50 charming rooms distributred over six floors. All rooms have recently been renovated and are furnished with a two door closet with private safety box, a set of twin beds or a double bed (please specify), colour TV with cable channels, special computer plugs and a direct dial telephone in the bedroom and bathroom.

A delicious self-serve breakfast buffet is served until 10:30 in the restaurant on the ground floor or it can also be served in your room for a small charge (until noon).

If you are booking for the Carnival Period, the hotel requests full payment 7 days after making this booking to secure your bed / beds. There is no reimbursement in case of cancellation
