The Bank Hotel occupies the prime location in Edinburgh city centre, situated on the Royal mile and only two minutes walk from Princes Street, all the history and culture of Edinburgh is quite literally on your doorstep. Built in 1923 as a grand Bank, the building was extensively renovated with many original features restored in 1998 to create The Bank Hotel, and which has recently undergone refurbishment in February 2008.

The Bank Hotel comprises 9 en-suite bedrooms of a 3 star standard, each one individually designed to reflect the work and lives of a famous Scot. Arranged over the three floors and accessed via the original staircase, all rooms benefit from LCD panel TV's, safes, hairdryers, direct-dial telephones, Tea & Coffee making facilities and added comforts such as CD players, bathrobes & limited room service.

In the morning a full Scottish and continental style breakfast selection is served by our helpful staff in the mezzanine level of the Bank Bar, with views onto The Royal Mile.
