This beautiful top floor apartment offers 4 well priced private rooms, two of with are TWIN ROOMS (2 single beds) and the other two are DOUBLE ROOMS (1 double bed). All rooms have locking doors, closets and parquet floors.

One of the rooms is a ' DOUBLE EN-SUITE' with air conditioning, balcony and private bathroom w/shower. The other 3 private rooms share one bathroom with tub/shower and all the guests share the 'fully equipped' kitchen.

Location

The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood just a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of La Rambla or the Sagrada Familia. Just behind the apartment building is the area of Gracia. Gracia is a local neighborhood where you won't find many tourists, but it's a great place to be a tourist. This area is safe and full of small streets and old squares occupied with local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. After enjoying your local neighbourhood and are ready to go for all the main attractions of Barcelona you can take a short walk down to the center, jump on the main metro line just a 10 minute walk away.

If you're looking for reasonably priced accommodation, located in the center but not on a tourist street and cleanliness is important to you, then take a room at Apt. Corsega.

Apartment Conditions

Minimum Stay: (3 nights)

Child Policy:(Children 12 yrs and younger are not allowed to stay in the apartment.)

Group Policy: (We do not accept reservations for groups of MORE than 4 people.)

No Reception Area!!! (The management office hours are Everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and Before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)

Free Check in: 12:00 pm to 21 pm

Late Check in Charges:

25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)

75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)

Check out: 11 am

No Luggage Storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.)

Cash on Arrival: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in Cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 hrs Cancellation Policy: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)
