The Rambla Gaudi duplex apt is located just off the Ramblas, close to plaza Real and the Liceo Theater. This area is the heart of Barcelona, a modern, cosmopolitan, Mediterranean European city, where everybody is welcome, a Mediterranean city with a lively outdoor atmosphere.

It is a great location in a newly renovated building. The apartment is decorated and has preserved the ancient architecture, wooden ceilings, stone walls, spacious and comfortable. It has a large living room greets you on entering with an American kitchen and a balcony which looks onto the main street.

In the living room there are 2 double sofabeds, a wooden table, and bookshelves, satellite-TV, CD, air conditioning/heating and a ceiling fan.

The apartment has one private bedroom with twin beds, a large wardrobe and a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom (with WC and basin).

Using the spiral staircase you get to the attic bedroom and communal access to the terrace. This has 1 single sofa-bed, 2 twin beds, and a double sofa-bed, a table, facing the terrace. It has a wardrobe, air conditioning/heating, a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee-machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, WC.

The terrace has 2 lounge chairs and garden furniture. The "Columbus statue" can be seen at the distance from this private chill-out area, where you can relax at the end of the day.

NOTE: If you rent this beautiful studio apartment there is a 50 EUROS PER PERSON SECURTIY DEPOSIT (100% refundable at check out) and one time 50 euro cleaning fee.

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.

Children up to 5 years old do not pay. Chidren 6 years old or older pay full rate.

LATE CHECK IN CHARGES:

25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)

75 euros (1:01 am to 11:29 am)

CHECK OUT: 11:00 am

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.

CASH ON ARRIVAL: The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you 2 nights accommodation.

IMPORTANT: Give us a quick call when you arrive in Barcelona and we arrange a time to meet you at the apartment to give you the keys. The remaining balance, 50 euro cleaning fee and 50 euros per person security deposit are due in CASH ON ARRIVAL (euros only).
