It's a good hotel, but the first floor is very near the street and at night we can heard too much noise. The places around do not appear so safety, but we didn't have problem. The breakfast cost 5 euros per day and not included in the price. It's close the metro. The bath is better than the others that I stayed.

Bed was too soft and hotel was so noisy
The only good point about this place is that it is near the metro and the main tourist location, Ramblas. Having said that, other hotels are as convinient to the metro's.
Breakfast are decent.
My stayed in a 3 bedroom and one of the bed spring is broken. Lucikly there is only 2 of us.
We stayed 3 nights and the toiletries were not replenish and when i ask the reception about it, he only states that the toiletries are only given for the 1st night which doesnt make sense. So what if i stayed 3 nights but book every night individually?
Noisy environment as i think the walls are paper thin.
Stains on the wall. Blankets has stale smell.
I normally dont leave reviews on the place i stayed in. I feel this time i should, as i feel i got slight deceived by the reviews.

Staff were always very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, a very short walk (2 minutes) from the Metro Station on Avinguda Paral.lel and 10 minutes from Les Rambles. Breakfast was pretty basic, but that's all we were looking for.

Clean bathroom but general cleaning in the room should be done more often (under the beds etc.) :-|
