We are a friendly non-smoking budget B&B in Interlaken, only 4 minutes walking distance from Interlaken West train station. All of our clean and comfortable rooms have mountain views, cable TV, warm duvets and come with a hearty Swiss breakfast buffet.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your arrival date at no charge. For cancellations received within 3 days of your arrival date, the first night's accommodation will be charged to your card if we are unable to resell the room for the entire time booked. For reservations of 5 or more days, the first two nights will be charged if cancellations are not received within 5 full days of your arrival date.

Payment: The remainder of payment to be made upon arrival may be done in cash or credit/debit card. For payment by credit/debit card we charge an additional fee of 2.5% of the remaining total.

I have stayed in Rugenpark B&B for three night in September, 2009. It is a low-budget but high-quality B&B. The service is excellent! The house owners, Ursula and Chris, are very very nice.
Room - the one I stayed is a room with shared bathroom. It is simple but is equipped with everythying i needed. Unlike many B&B, the room is very clean. Neigbours next door are generally self-discipline and would lower their voice after 2200 hours.
Meal - Breakfast is simple and nice. There is bread, cold cut, cereal, fruit and juice. Ursula makes pots of coffee for every guest. It is so nice. the place where I had breakfast is spacious and cosy. I can even had table next to the garden for two days. On the day I left, I had to take early train. Ursula made a breakfast box for me. Thanks so much!!!!
Service - service provided by Rugenpark B&B is the best among all hotel / B&B I stayed for my entire trip in Italy, Paris and Swiss. Upon my arrival, Ursula was very busy. But she still introduced the tourists spots, transport, restaurants in detail to me. She even wrote me an interlaken visit card with which I can have free transport and discount in shops in interlaken.
Location - for me, it's just two minutes walk from the train station. There are two supermarkets nearby. Very convenient.
Facilities - Free internet service, free books for borrowing, kitchen.
I highly recommend this B&B to those who wish to visit Interlaken. Totally value for money.

Switzerland is expensive but if you need good value for money then this place is it. I was spoken to by name, with information about where to go and what to do. The breakfast was fulling. The overall cleanliness is something to be duly noted and was a deciding factor for me in picking the place and it met up to the expectation. I will defintely stay here again.

Hosts were exceptional - very helpful with tourist information, tickets and other needs. Excellent local knowledge and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The food was very good. Sloping floors and at opposite end of the main part of town, but still very satisfied with the whole experience.

Most excellent B&B! A very short 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station--which means a quick trip to start your way into the mountains. Plus it's extremely affordable, by Swiss standards. And quiet--we slept like babies!
We stayed in a room with shared accommodations--and what a room! Lovely clean, white bedding with feather duvet, very bright, small clean sink, plus a huge balcony all to ourselves with a big clothesline. You could even see Jungfrau from the window. The shared bathroom was always, always clean--it's like someone snuck in and cleaned up as soon as you were done.
Breakfasts were copious and delicious--with meats, cheeses, toast, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, and lots of Nutella. The dining room was wonderful, overlooking a beautiful garden.
Best of all, the owners were extremely helpful and kind. They greeted us by name when we walked in the door, always asked if they could help, offered money-saving tips, restaurant suggestions, etc. etc. etc.
An absolutely fantastic trip made complete by this beautiful little B&B. Highly recommended!
