This is the best cheap accommodation around. Very happy with our stay. Free wifi, luggage hold, air conditioned rooms and very helpful staff. If I only have one minor comment to make that isn't a pro, that is that the rooms are quite small. But livable. And that's all you need!

KS House is a five floors guesthouse, no elevator! and located only 5 minutes walk from famous Khao San Road! It has clean functional rooms at reasonable prices, and it's got the services you need for a convenient stay. Laundry is 40 Baht a kilo (with prices for individual items, too).

KS House now has FREE WI-FI Internet connection with your own laptop at the room or lobby or restaurant. Free safety deposit boxes that have a dual key system for added security.

We also have a number of computers in our lobby that you can use to surf the Net for a small fee & available 24hrs.

the lady that worked there was extremely freindly and very helpful. the room was nice and the aircon was lovely and cold
