Our shared baths are among the cleanest and the most modern anywhere around.free lockers in dormitories,no padlock provided.We are located in the heart of midtown Manhattan just a short walk from The Empire State Building, Herald Square, and Madison Square Garden.Please note that US tax is due upon arrival. Your must be over the age of 18 (even if accompanied with a parent) to stay in one of our Dormitory rooms. Check-in after 1pm.Please note: Taxes are not included in rates shown, these are added on to the balance due on arrival at the hotel. 14.75%(state and city) plus $3.5 occupancy taxes per night. Our Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival date, otherwise one night's rate will be charged to the credit card.**Chelsea Star Hotel preauthorize one night fee 72 hours before due in and reserve the right to cancel any reservation with invalid credit card**
