My wife and I spent 2 days here. We landed in Liberia, hired a cheap Hyundai and drove to Tamarindo. Did not like Tamarindo as it was too crowded but our 2 nights in the Hotel Flores were most enjoyable. Rooms were good and clean and quiet. Pool was quite large for a small hotel and boy, do you need a pool in that heat.
Seemed to be run by a woman and a young man, possibly her son. Both extremely nice and attentive.

Pool was quite large for a small hotel and boy, do you need a pool in that heat.
Seemed to be run by a woman and a young man, possibly her son. Both extremely nice and attentive.Only drawback as far as I could tell was that they did not serve breakfast but you are walking distance from all manner of eateries. Were we to visit Tamarindo again, we would stay here without hesitation.
