This hotel was just fantastic. Me and my partner loved everything about this place, and stayed five nights. It has a big kitchen and a huge king-size bed. The service was outstanding, and I don't have anything negative to say.! Loved this place..

Stayed in Hotel Flores for 1 week in February & were very satisfied with the Hotel, location etc. Everything worked in the unit we were in (unit #2). Extremely comfortable king size bed & although our room overlooked the road we found it was fairly quiet the whole time. We did have to be outside to hook up to the internet but that wasn't too much of a problem. The owner & her son were most helpful, especially as his English was very good. The pool was very clean & greatly appreciated after a day of sightseeing or a trip to the local store for supplies. Pool loungers were a bit uncomfortable but fairly typical for a small hotel like this one. The kitchen was fairly basic but adequate for preparing breakfast & the occasional light meal. The daily housekeeping service was excellent (I think the towels were changed even when we hadn't used them!) We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tamarindo & wanting a simple, clean, reasonably priced place to stay.

We are very impressed with the hotel. It was like an apartment with a kitchenette and bedroom for $50. Great value for the price. Staffs were also very friendly. Sylvia , the housekeeper, made sure we were comfortable with the room. Cleaner than the $100 hotel we stayed in Arenal, Costa Rica.
It was few minutes walk from the beach , souvenirs shops, and restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I spent 2 days here. We landed in Liberia, hired a cheap Hyundai and drove to Tamarindo. Did not like Tamarindo as it was too crowded but our 2 nights in the Hotel Flores were most enjoyable. Rooms were good and clean and quiet. Pool was quite large for a small hotel and boy, do you need a pool in that heat.
Seemed to be run by a woman and a young man, possibly her son. Both extremely nice and attentive.Only drawback as far as I could tell was that they did not serve breakfast but you are walking distance from all manner of eateries. Were we to visit Tamarindo again, we would stay here without hesitation.
