Experience the old Buenos Aires in our French style guesthouse built in 1912. We are your perfect starting point to explore the city, located in the center of historic and bohemian San Telmo. Looking for more comfort and privacy than a hostel? Want a cozier place than a big, impersonal hotel? And still on a budget? Republica San Telmo is your place.

We offer 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. We have 1 room with bathroom en suite, 1 large room with private bathroom outside and 2 large rooms with shared bathroom. We offer a quiet place with comfortable beds, free WIFI internet, air conditioning and a living room with TV and computer. Argentinean breakfast is included and you can use our kitchen to prepare your meals.

We are a young couple with a passion for travel and tourism. We will always try to make you feel at home and help you to plan your trips and excursions in Buenos Aires and the rest of the country. Don't miss an exciting football game and passionate tango show!

To make sure that you have the right expectations, we want to emphasize that we are a small guesthouse and not a big hotel. Both come with different services, which we will try to make clear below.

We recommend our apartments for a more private and luxurious stay. They are located in 3 blocks from the B&B, on the big avenue ´9 de Julio´. The 38 m2 apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom with bath and shower, a comfortable box-spring, air conditioning, a 32 inch HD television and a private balcony. Next to that you will find a lot of extra services on the top of the building, like a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast is not included there.
