Pousada Chalet Swiss is a traditional style European motel located on a beautiful mountainous tropical island called Ilhabela. This island is located on the eastern coast line of central Brazil. The island is noted for its beautiful beaches, and lush tropical vegetation, and is one of the largest national park areas in Brazil.

The island is 15% inhabited, and 85% uninhabited. The park boasts as having one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Brazil. Ilhabela has two hundred, and sixty natural waterfalls. The pousada is located in the middle of the western shore of the island. All the apartments, and suites have air conditioning, phone, refrigerator, TV, continual breakfast served daily, and private parking.
