Hostal Pucon, Pucon, Chile

The owner is a nice guy, but he is spending very little time looking afer his hotel. He is very stingy as we had always to switch off the boiler after shower (we knew nothing about how to turn it on, so I had to have a cold shower!)

The bathroom (private one) and the kitchen were really dirty, and it was very cold in the room.

We had a room with no window, same for the bathroom. The only matrimonial bedroom is as big as the bed (and for sure, we were not the first couple to use the matress)

The ad says it has Internet, but the computer belongs to a museum and the dial-up connection is as fast as a drunk donkey.

We notify that we were arriving at 6.00am, but the hotel was closed, so we had to phone in order to have the room opened. Also, the hotel is not easy to find, as there is no sign of it on the building.

There is no possibilities of having breakfast.

For this money, you can find better in Pucon.
