The host is absolutely fantastic. The service and information that he gives is great. He will help you out with anything you want to know about the city or the area. It is a decent location and I had a great time staying there. The only thing is that you have to pay for all the extras like internet, towel and such. Also the food in the hostal is VERY expensive compared to just buying food in small restaurants and especially the market.

Family hostel, extremely courteous service, helpful,

nice atmosphere.

English spoken.

Our rooms are comfortable, they have a closet, cable TV, ceramics floors, are accesed from the open air .

Bathrooms are kept clean. Hot water for showers 24 hrs and are well ventilated.

Other facilities: 24 hours cafeteria & restaurant service, laundry, internet, tourist information about Arica, Perú and Bolivia. Transportation:city tour, to and from the airport, bay tour by boat, archeological tour,etc.

We are closed to the main beach of the City (Chinchorro), and the Olympic swimmning pool, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital, pub, disco.

Money exchange office(open 365 days 8:30 a.m. - 22:30 Hrs p.m. ) A.T.M., travel agency, National & International bus terminals, Pacific Schopping Center, agricultural market, food garden, church, are all within a quarter mile radius.

The host is absolutely fantastic. The service and information that he gives is great. He will help you out with anything you want to know about the city or the area. It is a decent location and I had a great time staying there. The only thing is that you have to pay for all the extras like internet, towel and such. Also the food in the hostal is VERY expensive compared to just buying food in small restaurants and especially the market. Once the kitchen in complete (assuming they don´t charge for you to use it, though I bet they will) it would be a perfect place to stay.
