This modern and tastefully furnished, about 90 sqm big 2-room apartment on the second (= top) floor of an apartment house is located in the cosy centre of Munich-Trudering, 5 minutes to the Trade and Conference Centre respectively 12 minutes to the centre of Munich.

The light apartment has its own stairway and is divided as follows:

Bedroom (WEST) with big double bed 200x200, leather settee (can be changed into an additional double bed 135x200), wardrobe, table with chairs; Digital / TV /W-lan

Living room with a further double bed (160x200cm) in an „alcove to sleep in", hat stand, modern seating arrangement (sofa can be used as a single bed), HI-FI system and TV/DVD. W-LAN is provided;

Completely furnished kitchen including coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and dining table with chairs;

Bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine.

This is a non-smoking room only.

Various cafes, restaurants and all shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Should only one person need the apartment only the above described bedroom, kitchen and bathroom will be offered.

Should a further single bed be needed a put-you-up can be provided (additional charge 20 Euro per night).
