Our homestay has cozy, clean & spacy rooms to offer.
Each room has its own WC & shower, one of them is equiped with a bathtub, another with A/C facility. There is also a triple room - very suitable for families with a kid or smaller circles of friends.
We are situated in a peaceful and friendly area in Mackenzie Garden, only 10 minutes walk from the centre and near to the beach (800 m), right opposite the famous Naval Maritime Museum. Close to our house is an Ayurvedic health & massage centre.
In the evenings you can watch the stars from our spacious roof. But in the mornings we can offer you a home-made indian breakfast and teach you to eat with your fingers in Indian way!
We will also introduce you to the best tourist-friendly autorickshaw drivers of Fort Kochi to take you around and help to handle practical things (parcels, sightseeings, local restaurants etc.).
Internet (both cable & wi-fi) is available and included.
Laundry, airport pick-up, bike & bicycle, backwaters boat-trips, concert tickets (Kathakali, traditional indian dance & music, Kalaripayattu - Kerala Marshal Arts), breakfast – all available on request, but is not included in the room rate.
We can organise kayaking and scuba diving trips and package tours.
Yoga clases available! Ask also about Kalaripayattu - ancient Kerala marshal arts and a special kalari massage.

I found the reviews of Tag und Nacht very useful and decided to stay there. I was instantly impressed when my cab showed up at the address and Antonio was waiting for me. I found Antonio and his entire family to be such incredibly nice people. They helped me with everything, from planning my backwater trip to other places I could travel to on my vacation. They have free WiFi set up which was very helpful. Accommodations are really good and I'd recommend taking the A/C room if available and within your budget. It's worth it especially in the summer. They keep their place very clean and even allowed me to make chai in their kitchen. I highly recommend travelers who are looking for a more personal experience while traveling to a fantastic place such as Kerala to stay here.

We had a nice and pleasant stay in "Tag Und Nacht".
The owners were friendly, breakfast in front was entertaining and complete with the daily newspaper and squirrels in the huge trees lining the street.
Bedlinen was changed regularly and Internet access was good.
An almost traffic free and easy walk from the center of Fort Cochin away.

The room we stayed in was huge, with an attached bathroom and a fan. The location is only a 10 minute walk from the main part of town and the owner is very friendly and helpful!

Antonio and his wife gave us a feeling to be at home. It was very clean and we met very cool travellers at their homestay.
We can just recommend the "tag und nacht" to travellers, who wants to visit the lovely fort cochi. Short ways to all spots. The room-rate was ok, could be a bit lower :-))Thanks for the good time, we had in your homestay.
