Twelve bedroom B&B, located 200 meters from Killarney town centre and literally a one minute walk from train and bus station.

Our guesthouse offers single, double, twin, triple and family rooms which sleep up to six people. Each contains an en-suite shower, tea/coffee, TV, hairdryers, and clock radio.

We have a guest lounge with TV, free internet/broadband, enclosed rear terrace to relax with barbeque facilities, a garage for bicycles and a private car park at the front.

Events such as tours of Killarney, trips to the Ring of Kerry, outings to Dingle or the Gap of Dunloe can be arranged. Bicycle hire, hiking, fishing and golf trips are available to book from the B&B. For bank holidays prices, special events and group rates please contact us for details.

We also offer self-catering holiday homes and apartments all around Killarney town as well as in the surrounding areas, catering for small or large groups.

We offer good quality accomodation at very reasonable prices; with family rooms that sleep up to six people, triple, double, twins and single rooms. Each room is ensuite, rooms with mountain view are also available on request!

A breakfast of sausages and rashers, cereals and tea & coffee is served until 10am every morning for just an additional €5. Bed linen changed daily, friendly welcome can be expected.

Day trips organised at no extra cost by property or are available to book all around the town. Large groups catered for, often at reduced rates. Will sleep up to twenty-five people.
