What you need to do to check-in successfully on your arrival day?

IT'S VERY SIMPLE AND FAST! Just follow this few steps:

1.PRINT THIS PAGE AND BRING IT WITH YOU.

2.YOU HAVE TO INFORM US OF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE /OR ON THE LAST WORKING DAY PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. IT'S VERY SIMPLE, JUST SEND US AN EMAIL OR CALL US!

3.YOU CAN'T SCHEDULE YOUR CHECK-IN BEFORE 2PM ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY. IF YOU COME EARLIER THEN 2PM YOU MAY LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE IN OUR OFFICES FREE OF CHARGE.

4.F YOUR ARRIVAL IS FROM 2PM TO 8PM YOU HAVE TO COME TO OUR OFFICES TO PICK-UP THE KEYS. THE ADDRESS WILL BE COMUNICATED TO YOU ONCE YOU CALL/EMAIL US TO SCHEDULE YOUR CHECK-IN.

5.IF YOU HAVE A LATE CHECK-IN (AFTER 8PM), IT WILL BE DONE DIRECTLY IN THE APARTMENT. COMMUNICATE US YOUR EXACT ARRIVAL TIME AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A MOBILE PHONE OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE FOR YOUR LATE CHECK-IN.

6.READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR BOOKINGS. THEY'RE VERY USEFULL AND MIGHT HELP YOU A LOT.

Being this a private apartment, there's a special check-in procedure. In case of your arrival without prior notification or communication, we're released from ANY responsibility regarding check-in delays or other complications that this might cause.

1. OUR OFFICES ARE OPEN FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 09:30CET TO 18:30CET.

YOU'RE DUE TO CONTACT US TO ARRANGE YOUR CHECK-IN THROUGH THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND E-MAIL PROVIDED WITH THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION AT LEAST 24H BEFORE ARRIVAL (BY CLOSURE TIME OF OUR OFFICES, WHICH IS BY 18:30 ON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DAY)/BY 18:30 CET ON FRIDAY IN CASE OF ARRIVALS ON WEEKEND OR BY 18:30 CET OF THE LAST WORKING DAY IN CASE OF ARRIVALS ON HOLIDAYS TO RECEIVE OTHER DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CHECK-IN PROCEDURE.

In case of no notification from your part regarding your arrival time you might find yourself without the possibility to do a check in and you will be charged for the first night as 'no show' case.

Arrival without prior notification or communications from your part, releases us of ANY responsibilities in that sense.

Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the check-in!

It is crucial to finish the reservation process successfully.

2. OUR CHECK-IN IS DONE STARTING FROM 14:00H.

FOR THE ARRIVALS FROM 14:00H CET to 20:00H CET:

You're due to come to our offices situated on walking distance from the main Milan's Central Train Station where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.

FOR THE ARRIVALS AFTER 20:00H CET, WEEKENDS (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) AND HOLIDAYS

The check-in will be made in the apartment where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance.

We invite you to respect the scheduled check-in time.In case of unexpected delays, due to unpredictable flight/train arrival delays or any other reasonable problems, you're due to contact us IMMEDIATELY and inform us about such delays. In that case we will re-schedule your check-in time and will not charge you any penalty.

We remind you that for the check-in in the apartments, we accept only cash payments if not agreed otherwise.

For the check-in done in the apartment, you're due to bring with you the copies of travel documents of all the persons staying in the apartment and to hand them to the persons in charge for your check-in.

3. OUR CHECK-OUT IS DONE UNTIL 11:00 CET.

On the day of your departure, you're due to leave the apartment until 11:00 CET.

4.PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES:

Regarding bookings for 1 NIGHT STAY:

- For arrivals from 14:00 to 20:00 CET you will be charged extra fee of €30,00 per booking (includes final cleaning services)

- For arrivals after 20:00 CET/ON WEEKENDS/ON HOLIDAYS you will be charged extra fee of €45,00 per booking (includes final cleaning service and late/weekend/holiday check-in)

Regarding bookings for 2 NIGHTS STAY:

- For arrivals from 14:00 to 20:00 CET you will be charged extra fee of €25,00 per booking (includes final cleaning services)

- For arrivals after 20:00 CET/ON WEEKENDS/ON HOLIDAYS you will be charged extra fee of €40,00 per booking (includes final cleaning service and late/weekend/holiday check-in)

Regarding bookings for 3 NIGHTS STAY AND MORE:

- For arrivals from 14:00 to 20:00 CET - NO SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES

- For arrivals after 20:00 CET/ON WEEKENDS/ON HOLIDAYS you will be charged extra fee of €30,00 per booking (includes final cleaning service and late/weekend/holiday check-in)
