A place for backpackers... all of the guests excluding us were Korean. The Owner is a very nice person. Speaks excellent English. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast in the morning. Normally one expects a good breakfast but to our surprise, only a tall pack of ready to eat noodles (the one in which we have to pour warm water and wait till its ready) was given. I suggest you to carry some stuff like bread, sausages, salami which you can toast or eat in the morning.

In the heart of the Swiss Alps, centre of Interlaken, between the two lakes and surrounded by mountains, is where Hua Villa awaits to accommodate you.

Hua Villa was bought, run and newly renovated in 2005 by the Hong Styles family. Consisting of Hua (Chinese), Walter (English) and the two children, Cham Gil & Myung A.

We proudly present you our welcoming house in Switzerland: With open arms we welcome every guest to enjoy our international hospitality, which will guarantee you, however long your stay will be, to be an unforgettable experience in Switzerland.

Even though being a relatively new family in this very traditional region, the whole family are experts about our region. We are not only able to share our knowledge with you, but we can even offer you some favorable discounts on those elegant, famous Swiss watches etc.

Hua Villa was built a century ago, protected by our community it boasts beautiful architectural features: a garden with a fish pond and beautiful trees to just sit under and enjoy the amazing purity of the fresh air whilst looking at the breath-taking panoramic view.

We also have a Korean Chinese restaurant run by Mr Hong who is Korean who can help the Korean tourists if you have any problems.

We also offer discounts on outdoor activities i.e. paragliding, skydiving, rafting, bungy jumping etc.

Whether you dream about days gone by or plan the unknown Future, that we leave in your hands.

I suggest you to carry some stuff like bread, sausages, salami which you can toast or eat in the morning. the kitchen is fully furnished. In all a decent experience !
