Windsor Inn has a long tradition of hospitality in Cork City centre.
The Inn was built in the 1850's as a hotel and has continued ever since.
with just 20 Guest bedrooms we are able to offer a home away from home, with a relaxed atmosphere during your stay in Cork.
We have regular live entertainment in our Pub, from traditional Irish sessions, to folk and blues for example.
We are on a busy Cork street with many restaurants and bars nearby, and we are within easy walking distance of the airport shuttle and the national bus and train stations.
An Irish fry is served in the morning as well as cereals, breads, fruits, cold meats and cheese along with juices, Coffees and teas.
Parking is available nearby and the fee will depend on the duration of stay, and peak hour rates and are payable to the attendants office on level 1 of St Patrick quay car park.
On Street parking is possible with the use of a parking disk, available from newsagents.
We can cater for groups and individuals with our flexible room configurations.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the bed comfy and the location is very central.
This place is old though so if you’re looking for upmarket/modern this is not the place for you but if you prefer a little charm and character and don’t mind if it comes a touch worn around the edges then its the perfect place to rest your head.
I would stay here again and happily recommend to others.

I booked a room with a bathroom ensuite, but was given a room with a shared bathroom. I was compensated for the change, but I still did not enjoy having to share a room.

The Windsor Hotel is perfectly situated close to the bus and rail stations and the City Centre. Whilst a little shabby the room was very clean and bright and the room was cleaned each day and towels were changed. The breakfast was one of the best I have had anywhere. The staff were very pleasant and keen to please.
We were on the top floor so heard nothing from the bar. There were traffic noises which you would expect in a city centre.
Overall I thought the hotel provided excellent value and I would use it again and recommend it to friends.
