When you arrive to la fortuna, in the bus station you will find some people trying to take you to a hotel by private transportation, they will talk to you bad things about the place that you are going to stay, this people will steal your belongings and take you far away of la fortuna downtown.

Nice place to stay one night wnen going in any of the direction in the Country.the next morning... noisy because of the dogs barking most of the night...but what can you do...the bark at home too.... mabye less during winter time because it's cold...
No need of air conditionnning...you're in the mountains...and you have a view of the volcano in the morning....
The pictures a maybe not up to date...but gives you a pretty good idea of the place. Did not see the other rooms. We sleep 3 , we hat 3 very clean bed and a huge bathroom also very clean and the provide towels and soap if you ask for them.
Breakfast... coffee, fresh fruits... toast, and jam and the birds all around what a feeling.
One computer, but it's ok not crowdy at all. No wi-fi...but who cares.
