Dear guests, we are looking forward to welcome you in our new cosy hotel in the historical city center on Petrogradskiy island! Our location is our adventure: 5 minutes from 'Petrogradskaya' metro station, 25 minutes of walking distance to Aurora, Peter and Paul fortress, Peter's the Great house. 5 minutes of walking distance to the St. Ioan monastery, Botanic Garden and TV tower.

9 cosy light rooms with private facilities equipped with double or twin beds, TV, direct phone. 3 rooms have an old restored fireplaces which will bring your imagination to St. Petersburg in the beginning of the 20th century. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the mini-hotel.

The house was built in the 1910-1913 by the famous Russian architect Mr. Kriganovsky in the style of the Northern Modern. The building won the silver medal in the city facade's competition. In summer 2008 the facade was fully restored and you can enjoy the view on the picture.
