We were very disappointed with this poor accomodation. We paid for a double private room. On arrival we were shown to a room that was actually a kitchen with a sofabed inside. We would not have a major problem with sleeping on a sofabed usually, however the mattress was about 2 inches thick and was impossible to sleep on. It was evident the sheets had not been changed for a long time. There was no functioning air conditioning or fan and the room was too hot to sleep.

First Night is a holiday home with private parking, lot welcoming, bright and comfortable so that you can feel at home. The apartment is divided in two rooms: the first one (Basic) is a bedroom with double bed; the second (Standard) one is a living room with a big sofa bed and a big TV, a balcony with washing machine, a small kitchen with freezer and microwave; the bathroom is shared among the two rooms. You can book both rooms to have the apartment all for you.

Is less than 4 minutes walk from the airport check-in.

You can walk at home, relax, visit the city of Pisa and rent a car the next day.

You are very close to the airport, the railway and the road to Florence (90 km) or sea (13 km) in a calm, safe and silent flat.

Bus, supermarket, pizza, ice cream, pharmacy, bank, laundry, newsagent just outside the home.

If you like walking you can reach the center in 20 minutes, the tower in 35 minutes.

We were very disappointed with this poor accomodation. We paid for a double private room. On arrival we were shown to a room that was actually a kitchen with a sofabed inside. We would not have a major problem with sleeping on a sofabed usually, however the mattress was about 2 inches thick and was impossible to sleep on. It was evident the sheets had not been changed for a long time. There was no functioning air conditioning or fan and the room was too hot to sleep. We lay in this 'bed' for over 7 hours; I got 2 1/2 hours sleep and my partner none. We both woke up covered in bites (either from mosquitos or bed-bugs or both). In the shared bathroom, the drains stank and I'm sure this was why there were so many mosquitos.
This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We expected it to be basic, but to not provide a bed that guests are able to sleep in is unacceptable. We would very strongly advise against other travellers staying here.
