We lay utmost stress on the selection of basic materials, so that you can always receive the best. It is especially important for us to use top quality hungarian raw materials. In the wide range of meals you will find deer, lamb, wool pig, also known as Mangalica, just as the hungarian grey cattle. In our pond there are catfishes, trouts and the aquarium is filled with carps and white amurs. The nearby forest provides fresh mushrooms, such as Yellow Boletus, Chanterelles, Russulas and Fairy Ring Champignons.
