The apartment is located in the famous street "Av Republica" in Gaia. Is a 10 years old building, with two elevators. The metro station is just 100 meters away from the front door as well as other way of public transportation.

The "Sightsee bus" stops close, around three blocks. The apartment is surrounded by a commercial area, grocery store, pharmacies and dry cleaners. The famous Spaniard store "Cortes Ingles" is just one station away, or it can visited by foot.

The old center of Porto can be visited easily by Metro; it is just 5 minutes away. The Metro also makes a connection to the regional train at "San Bento" station, making easy to visit others cities in Portugal as Aveiro , Braga, Coimbra and Lisbon.

The apartment is for 2 persons (but it may have3 or 4 person by an extra payment of 10 euros per person per night please book for 2 persons and then e-mail us telling us how many are you) and includes a double bed room (bed 1.40m wide) a living room, a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room has a sofa bed, a table for 4, TV and Porto's touristic guides. The kitchenette/Kitchen has microwave, electric stove fridge with freezer and a washing machine. The linens and towels are included. Iron and iron board are available.

The price of your reservation only includes 2 persons. In case you want to book the room for 4 persons, please let us knows by e-mail so that we can prepare the sofa bed in the living room. Please note that in this case an extra payment of 10 euros per night per person shall be due. Please, let us know at what time you estimate to arrive to the apartment, so you can have your checking on time.

Form of payment: The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only. Other currencies, credit cards, or checks are not accepted.
