The Garden House apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest Metro station, a 10-minute train journey from central Munich and 3 kilometres from the Messe exhibition grounds.

Guests are welcome to relax outside in the large garden and free parking is available for those travelling by car.

All reservations for the Oktoberfest, 100% of the first night will be charged by the Hotel on the day of booking and is refundable..

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified less than 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total balance will be charged. In case of no-show, the total balance will be charged.

Please note that your card will be authorized 7 days before arrival in the total balance.
