The apartment of approximately 70 squared meters is a very luminous open space dislocated on three levels, with entrances/exits on all the four sides.

On the frontal access (garden side ) it boasts a splendid veranda ( decked terrace), equipped with a large round table in stone, chairs and a benches.The veranda gives the access to the characteristic kitchen (5 fires-cooking angle, dishwasher, huge oven, fridge, toaster and american coffee machine) wise furnished with granito marble plan and ancient table with chairs.

A few stairs lead to the living-room with double bed couch, TV, and a characteristic ancient fireplace in stone entire chiseled by hand by a florentiner craftsman, other few stairs lead to the delicious double bedroom (on a kind of soppalco). All the fornitures are prestigious (the head of the bed has been obtained from the ancient door of a noble Spanish XVII century palace ).

The room has a big window that enjoys a splendid view on the garden, on the ancient Church of S.Martino alla Palma (XI sec) and on part of the city of Firenze. From the room you can access the bathroom with shower, basin, WC and bidet. The whole apartment has wooden ceiling beams roof, while the floor is parquet (doussié Africa) in the bedroom, ceramics in the bathroom, and cotto toscano in the rest of the house.

The apartment is located in San Martino alla Palma, a delicious village located on the south western hills of Florence (10km of distance from the historical center). In this small and characteristic village there are the aforesaid Romanesque Church (400m), a grocery-bar (100 m), Post office (400 m), Restaurant-Pizzeria (200 m), optimal Butcher shop (200m).

The center of Scandicci with swimming pools, banks, supermarkets, tennisfields , restaurants etc. is located at 3 km distance. (From Scandicci there are comfortable direct connections to the center of Florence and possibility of free parking more or less everywhere).
